Sun Down on the Sorry Day

Arguably the biggest event on the horizon for this October is the AMC premiere of The Walking Dead. Like many of you, I've been hooked on the original comic book version of this property for years, so I'm anxious to see how it translates to television.

And obviously I'm not the only one.

Daniel M. Kanemoto (of Ex Mortis Films) even went so far as to cobble together his own unofficial mock-up of the show's opening credits by skillfully manipulating original series art by Charlie Adlard and Tony Moore, and layering it atop the haunting melody of eels' "Fresh Blood."

It is fairly fucking epic, so I thought I'd take a moment to share.

Oh, and extra credit to those who can spot the unholy remains of our own MC Frontalot.
